The Seaside Retreat project exemplifies our commitment to creating homes that harmonize with their environment while delivering modern luxury. Perched on a coastal bluff with sweeping Pacific views, this 4,200-square-foot custom residence seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living through expansive walls of glass, multiple outdoor entertainment areas, and thoughtful orientation that captures ocean breezes and natural light throughout the day.

Working closely with the clients and their architect, we overcame significant site challenges including steep topography and strict coastal commission requirements. The home features a striking combination of natural materials—weathered wood siding, local stone, and board-formed concrete—that ground the contemporary design in the coastal landscape. Interior highlights include a chef's kitchen with custom cabinetry, a spa-inspired primary suite with private terrace, and a wine cellar carved into the hillside.

Throughout the 18-month build, we maintained our signature attention to detail, from the precision-cut stone veneer to the hand-selected hardware and custom millwork. The result is a home that not only meets but exceeds the clients' vision, providing a serene retreat that will serve their family for generations.
